Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy Overview

At Meritroot Academy, we strive to provide the best quality education and support to our students. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, a student may need to withdraw from a program.

Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling or making any payment.

2. Registration Fees

The Registration Free or Admission Fee (usually ₹2360, including GST) is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with setting up a student's profile, providing initial materials, and reserving a seat in the batch.

Refunds for tuition or program fees are granted solely based on the timeline of the cancellation request:

4. Dropper or Crash Course Batches

For short-term crash courses, test series, or special dropper batches, no refunds will be provided once the batch commences. All fees paid towards these specific short-term programs are non-refundable.

5. Study Material & Uniforms

The cost of study materials, test modules, and uniforms (if applicable and already issued to the student) will be deducted at their full MRP from any eligible refund amount, as these items cannot be returned or reused.

6. Process for Requesting a Refund

• All applications for refund must be submitted in writing using the official Refund Request Form available at our administrative office.
• Verbal requests over phone or general emails will not be considered valid.
• The written application must be signed by the parent/guardian and accompanied by the original fee receipt.
• If approved, the refund process will take 15-20 working days from the date of the formal request.
• Refunds will only be issued via Cheque or NEFT/RTGS to the parent/guardian's bank account. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited.

7. Rights of the Institute

Meritroot Academy reserves the right to expel any student due to disciplinary issues, poor attendance, or lack of academic integrity. In such cases of disciplinary expulsion, no refund of any fees will be provided irrespective of the timeline.

The institute also reserves the right to amend these refund guidelines at any time without prior notice.
